All our people have been Regularly Served out Greens Turnips SourKrout Cranberries and vingar alternately, as well as one two and Sometimes three Days fresh Provisions Pr Week nearly all the winter yet all our caution has proved inaffectual.
This Disorder was unknown here formerly which has induced the Generallity of People to imnpute it to the feature of Partridges, but this I deny as we Caught more this winter then would have been Sufficient for the number of Men some years back which seldom was more than twenty six and never Exceeded thirty whereas we are Sixty three this year - again there were only twenty Men in the Mens Flanker Some years ago - now they are and must be upwards of fifty in the same space.
